Dunno about y’all but we’re stoked to put summer behind us and welcome the crisp air, changing leaves, chunky knit sweaters and all the other basic bullshit that comes with fall. Which, side note, who’s to say what is “basic”- this just feels like a new way of shaming people for participating in universally enjoyable experiences. Don’t yuck someone else’s yum. Basic things are popular because they kick ass. If you wanna find small joys in celebrating a seasonal change, let it fuckin rip. Bake cookies. Carve a pumpkin. Have a flavored coffee. Buy an orange candle and light that motherfucker up. EMBRACE BASIC.
