I made this tonight and it’s incredible!! I did the tofu on the stove top because it’s +30 degrees here and I cannot turn on my oven but it turned out great!
I want to make this so bad but I only have a tiny cheese grater for ginger or whatever lol. I have to get a bigger one.
Cannot WAIT to make the crispy tofu! Thinking of subbing it for usual portobellos in bahn mi sliders with spicy mayo and pickled veg for 4th of July 💥
