I can't deny that the crazy bad press that soy has received over the last decade influenced me enough to eliminate it from the weekly rotation - I need to revisit immediately!

I know I am super late to the party. First, love you guys. You know love you in a way of people I have never met. I do not love you like I love my rescue doggies - No offense. just ye, ok, moving forward. Second, I am like a total type A. In my research lab we have a mantra - we do not RIP the tape, we CUT it (when we label our bottles of solutions). I was a total tofu cutter (Veg for 30 years, vegan for 10) but OH NAY NAY NEVER AGAIN! Torn tofu is a game changer. No longer am I marinating this shit for 24 hours, but 30 minutes if I need it BOOM. DONE. In fact I have some marinating now and the oven is already on (I bake it and it is AWESOME SAUCE). Appreciate the humor, and love you bring to your recipes. Appreciate having a place to get some whole plant based recipes. Keep swearing and rocking the food world.
