I love the cover of this book so much. I printed a pic of it out a while ago to frame & hang in my kitchen (hope that's ok, if you offered a print of it I would buy it!) but I didn't get around to hanging it yet.

A new lurker here. The tomato tart seems INCREDIBLE. Alas the peak of the season has passed here but this will be a thing next season. Your caution about COVID is understandable. An old neighbor / friend / tennis pal caught COVID early in the pandemic. He was sick for a few days but lost his sense of taste and it has now become a long-term loss going beyond two years. Terrible. As a person who eats mostly WFPB nowadays, the seasoning and balance is EVERYTHING. To lose that would be terrible.
