This looks amazing! I've literally eaten your veggie pot pie recipe every day this week and this feels like a perfect next pick! Do you think this would freeze well? I have a surgery coming up and I've been testing out find healthy foods I can freeze and reheat during recovery. This makes such a big batch, it would be perfect.
