We made these last night and served them with a fry sauce we made of vegan mayo, curry ketchup, lemon juice & garlic powder. Super delicious!

How to save the rest of the fresh basil after using the 3T called for which I'll up to 4T (because I've learned that it's difficult to overdo it with basil) and then 8T because I'll double the recipe? And you chop the stems, too, or just the leaves?
