just the leaves! yeah if you want to double the recipe you can do 1/2 cup of basil (8 T) which would be delicious. If you have a bunch of leftover basil, make a quick pesto and put it in an ice cube tray to freeze. then pop them out and put them in a plastic bag. I stir them into soup, pasta, whatever needs a little something extra
