To be fair, I was making badmanners.com/recipes/… (and a human version) at the same time... so I do have somewhat of an excuse. I'm not *completely* inept. ;)
On a side note, that anchovy funk without the anchovies is spot on... how DO you do that?! My omnivorous wife said "WTF? Vegan? No way!".
