Love this recipe! I make this, the chickpea bolognese and the winter rigatoni pretty often and they’re all amazing. There’s just something about your pasta recipes!

I've made the pizza dough from this book soooo many times! When we first moved into our house my parents got us a pizza oven as a house warming gift. So that pizza dough recipe has been clutch!! Serious bubble action.

Yep for sure pasta lovers here as well. It’s one of those versatile foods you can do so much with. Along with pizza, rice, and especially tacos 🌮 for inexpensive healthy meals given the price of food these days. Very grateful for you guys and your cookbooks and cooking tips. It’s been life changing.

Yum the family style roasted veggie pasta great choice Michelle. I’ve made this pasta quite often always hits the spot. The beauty of pasta. You add the veggies and even the veggie haters cobble this down. We’ve paired it with the big ass salad 😋 makes a great meal.
