I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's this week, and I casually started reading the author you are referring to. The guy starts the book talking about how he gets his knowledge from a spirit that starting talking to him as a kid. And then, there is a review on Amazon that says if you are a Christian you should avoid this book because it is not the "Holy Spirit" who speaks to him. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?

Yet it's important we continue asking questions even if it means some people ask the wrong ones. The alternative is not asking any questions and just believing everything the government and corporations are telling you. Judging information and deciding what is plausible and what is not is a useful skill everyone has to practice.
