The flavor is subtle but delicious this way. There’s a jasmine rice pudding in book 3 that I made steeping jasmine tea in the milk for the jasmine rice. It’s so fucking good and unexpected. Maybe I should do a little article about cooking with tea....
I saw your note yesterday and woke up this morning thinking about this loaf.. I adore lemon and loaf cakes. If it’s not a Bundt or a loaf, I’m probably not making it... I love the idea of steeping tea in the milk! ❤️🍋🍞
