Me does love a good stew ! A local banger grocery chain here in S Carolina called Lowes now carries plant based chicken and beef broth. I made a kick ass French onion soup the other day with the beef variety. Delish ! Happy New Year M and M and all you fuckers. 😊
Amazing! The flavors are so satisfying- creamy, bright, warm - loved it! I doubled the recipe to have a big batch for the fam all week. So glad I did! THANK YOU 🙏🥰
It came out wonderful! Of course I didn’t have everything in stock so I used mushroom broth, no green onions, and adjusted the spices but everyone raved. Thanks for always supplying the amazing recipes!♥️
thanks, i needed that! just reading about this fat stew warmed me up, and i want to thank you from the warm cockles of my heart for the emergency substitute for garam masala! my local scrawny grocery won't stock it, so your substitute will get me through for now. guess i'd best get some from my other local grocery, amazon. happy new year, broiler roomies!
I can't be bothered trying to cut a raw butternut squash. I'll wash it, poke holes with a fork, and cook in IP for maybe 10 minutes HP NR. Take it out of IP and cut in half, scoop out the seeds, and scoop out the flesh and set 4C aside and freeze what might be left over for the the next batch. Do the sauteeing in IP, following the directions. Once the pot is simmering, pressure cook for maybe 10M HP NR and follow the rest of the directions. I'll report back! The main thing for me is not having to cut up a raw squash and I refuse to buy it cut up.
Just finished making this soup and omg...my house smells amazing! The soup tastes delicious! One question...the color if my soup is not as orangey as the picture. The coconut milk muted the color. Thoughts on how I can make it look more like the picture?
