I can’t wait for the new book Michelle. I made the Eggplant Polpetti from the e-book last night, added some brown rice and shredded carrot, and made cabbage rolls with it. OMG it was delicious. The recipes from your books are a mainstay in our plant based house. I am sorry this will be the last book for a while, but there are still plenty of recipes from all of your books I haven’t tackled over the years yet!
