Baked up a loaf of this bad boy and holy fuck is it delicious! I didn't have much luck w/the crumble topping tho. I've made crumble stuff before, but maybe there's a trick to the vegan version? It was crumbly pieces but mostly turned to powder and powder-coated pecans after baking. (I ate it anyway tho, bitches!) Does anyone have advice on what I may have done wrong?
Made this recipe for a staff thing. I also made a gluten free version for my friend cause she's celiac. Both came out great! Gf had to bake a little longer. However I'm assuming it was great because there wasn't any left by second recess.👀
Dudes, WTF is 1 cup pumpkin puree*? The star means something, right?
BTW, I am freaking love with your pumpkin chili. We have a CSA (We're from Vermont. We fucking love our farmers here). and we're getting buried in butternut squash and heirloom pumpkins. I've made and canned the pumpkin chili, and that shit is getting handed out to all of my friends as Christmas presents. They are the luckiest fucks in the world!
Where can I find "cane cougar"? Is that a typo, or the name of somebody's frisky aunt who likes younger partners?

I've been roasting the pumpkin or squash before pureeing it. SO GOOD!!!
Made this in muffin form. Yum!
Delicious! As soon as I read the recipe I had to make it. Doubled the recipe so I'm good for the week.
