Speaking of comfort food, we’re riding out a blizzard here in Iowa and I was lucky enough to have some of your incredible buffalo sweet potato mac & cheese in my freezer. So, I made the Silent Rice on 12/23, came out awesome! Even my 90 year old Dad liked it, and he tends to doubt vegan food will be good🤷🏿♀️Just one drawback, the recipe makes a larger amount than I expected, but it’s been great heated up for breakfast the past two days as well.
