I make a version of this soup often during the winter. It’s a great fridge clean-out recipe.

I have been holding on to this recipe since the end of January, when it was published: my love and I are down and out with Covid, and my father-in-law was in for open-heart surgery this morning (the surgeon is *cautiously optimistic*), so we couldn't be with the rest of the fam at the hospital. This soup was just what we needed today. xoxo

What the heck????? This is your BEST. SOUP. EVER. Honestly, it’s an adventure in a bowl. The preserved lemon is next level and all the veg just sets you up for a good day. Fantastic seasoning. You hit the mark. BTW if you need a recipe tester, just reach out. I’ll do it. I believe in your food.
