I made this tonight- delicious! Subbed snap peas for asparagus as my spouse not an asparagus fan. Thank you for another great recipe.

Sitting here thinking about what in the heck to make for Passover, and this pops up in my feed. Divine intervention? Yes, I think so. I’m going to make this like a salad sans the pasta!!!! It will be perfect. Thoughts? Thanks, Michelle and Matt.
