My head is exploding right now… we’re camping and I can actually make chickpea tofu?!? Next time we’re at a grocery store, I’m buying some chickpea flour!! I have all the other ingredients…
I made this the other day, and it didn't turn out. It looked great when I put it in my dish to sit and firm up, but when I tried to cut it, it was swimming in liquid and wouldn't hold together at all for the pan searing. I know I followed the recipe exactly. HELP!
hmmmmm, how long did you let it sit and at what temp? It sounds like it was either undercooked or was too warm when it rested. but i swear it's usually very easy!
I let it sit on the counter for a couple of hours before I tried to fry some up the first time. Then I had it in the fridge overnight. That’s when it got all wet and soft. I will try again, and hope for the best!

I should be going to be bed right now, but instead I'm combatting the Sunday Scaries by making this!
This is amazing. Regular tofu does not agree with my stomach. This is now my go-to.
These two recipes look great. I can’t wait to try them. Thanks!
