Wow it's like you guys are in my brain!!! I've been doing a tomato and mini Persian cucumber salad with tons of herbs, tamari, some kind of vinegar and scallions. Then I top it with vegan feta cheese. Really thought I was maybe crazy but I keep making it because it's so refreshing. This makes me so happy! Glad someone else is riding the soy sauce and tomato train!

You knock it out of the park every time !!!

I have tomatoes, basil and ramen. Love soy addition but will try tamari for two family members sensitivities to soy.

PS ( I out foxed the local critters by growing my basil in planter attached to deck railing) ground hog can't jump up that high and squirrels are not that gourmet it seems. LOL

Can't wait to try

Magic !!!!

Be still my heart ❤️ ramen and tomatoes are two of my favorite things. I always get cherry tomatoes for road trip snacks.

For immediate gratification, pull a ripe tomato off the vine that's basking in full sun. Quickly rinse, and thickly slice.

Do this over the sink. My fav techniques. 1. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on the first slice and inhale w/o choking. 2. Pull out some thin, multi-seed bread; spread a little schmear of Vegenaise topped with another hot slice; use the bread for your tomato topped "pizza".

Another fav way to enjoy tomatoes is Faking Baking and Tomatoes sandwich.

Edgy Veg Canadian food blogger who makes "Fakin Bakin" with rice paper. I LOVE it and have made it many times.

Being lazy - but loving flavours - I just keep the entire rice sheet whole - then break up after oven baking.

It,'s inside the sandwich - still crunchy and AWESOME.

Try it.!!! to believe it.

Cheers
