This is my favorite cookie ever. After the first time I made them last winter I learned that sharing is overrated. YUM.

I have a potentially annoying question, but I promise it’s because I am making them for someone with a medical condition--do you think I can use Bob’s red mill gluten free flour in these?

Not annoying! I’ve had lots of success with subbing in Bob’s gluten free blend in my cookie recipes. I think it would be great
