Fellow Broiler Heads, do not sleep on the Lasagna Stew!!! It’s unbelievably good. Probably my favorite newsletter recipe.

I loved it from the first bite, and when I had 75% of my liver chopped off earlier this Spring, I swear it was a freezer full of that stew (and Bad Manners veggie pot pies) that nursed me back to health.

Hey Michelle funny story, it’s a little off topic but the other day I made the date sauce from rolling with the dates as I was preparing it I couldn’t resist chomping down on one of the Medjool dates I bought. Well in my zeal to devour that plump delicious date, I completely forgot the pit inside almost breaking a tooth. But the date sauce was good. Kitchen mishaps lol!

You are soooo generous to us, we don’t deserve you! So many free recipes and lots of edu-macation. Finally got off my duff to access the Remix recipes!! Omg, they are spectacular!! Cannot wait to make. (Also? “Where do vegans get their protein?” “From mousse. We get it from mousse” has me rolling! 🤣) Thanks for being way above average human beings.

I can verify that the Pumpkin Chili is amazing! I didn’t have a mild chili powder so I used one from Penzey’s that’s considered medium-hot and it came out delicious. Not too spicy at all! I highly recommend topping with avocado.
