2. Data suggests it impacts less than 20% of children, negated almost entirely with vent hoods and more prevalent in certain communities. My grandfather was a cowboy and smoked more than a pack of unfiltered cigs every single day. None of us, including him, ever got lung cancer. MF died of old age lol. And there's people who live their whole lives without a single puff and get diagnosed with lung cancer. Part of it is luck and environment but data points are certainly worth examining.
3. Dry cabin, is there such thing as a wet cabin? Or is this a septic term? And yeah almost everyone in Houston/hurricane zones have some kind of backup for when the power inevitably goes down. We kept 40 gallons of 87 octane stacked on 2x4s on the side of our house. We ran our generator to our fridge and neighbors on either side of us run extension cords to run their fridges. Everyone had gas ranges and could cook.
Dry cabin means no running water. We get our water from a spring in buckets. I am originally from the south bronx, spent 20 years in Minnesota, where my mom's family is originally from. Moved to Juneau, AK in 2009 for work after my husband died and I lost my job and my home. Moved to the woods in Willow at 69 years of age, Feels like I'm finally home.
Hell yeah Anita. I'm filled w questions:
